Delivery transport to shipping by UPS CORRIER EXPRESS

Shipping prices are calculated according to the works of art and position the shipping address and include the insurance. The treatment prices are applied on a working basis and include the costs for packaging.The quoted shipping windows reflect the time of preparation and correct packaging.Packages are generally shipped within 3-4 days after payment is received. Most packages are shipped by UPS.The UPS courier shipments are traceable and require a signature upon delivery.The cost of shipping includes all handling, packing and UPS costs. The total shipping cost varies depending on the size and weight of the shipment. We will always try to minimize costs while trying to ensure that goods reach you intact.These are the approximate times of UPS transit package after the package was picked up from the gallery:

  • UK 3-4 days
  • Europe 1-2 days
  • North America 2-3 days
  • to 3-4 days Australia and Asia
  • Middle East and South America 3-4 days

If a package has not arrived or products arrived damaged during transport, please contact immediately. We will try to solve all the problems as quickly as possible, and have been insured for the total value.From time to time we include a promotion or two items in a shipment that we hope you enjoy. RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

We are here to make sure you have a great experience browsing and buying artwork. Your feedback and questions are extremely valuable to us and we love to hear from you. email: contact@olindocasazza.comAll products that are Limited Editions are identified on the product detail page. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of Olindo Casazza Limited Edition, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you do decide to return your  Limited Edition, please follow these instructions:

  • email contact@olindocasazza.com with your order number and specific reason for the return.
  • OLINDO CASAZZA will get back to you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), and a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted for your refund amount.
  • Please print out the below Return Authorization form, fill it out, including your RMA# and enclose in the return shipment of the artwork.
  • Return A. Pack the artwork back in the original tube or box with the Return Authorization form as well as all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package. No return will be accepted without the proper paperwork and the works need to be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging to qualify for returns.

For Damaged Prints

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send toc ontact@olindocasazza.com. After the 24-hour window, your order is considered final sale and is not eligible for cancellation. Orders are still covered by the olindocasazza.com  Guarantee and the EU 14 day return policy, where applicable.
